Refund policy
Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order prior to shipment by contacting our customer support team at aromashimmersenter@gmail.com.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery Orders: A bank account is required to receive your refund.
Refunds are processed within 48–72 business hours. - Please record a video while unboxing your purchase as this is the only proof we can accept for damaged or incorrect items.
Returns & Exchanges:
We offer a 3-day return/exchange window for sealed, unused products in their original packaging.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- Returns are not accepted for opened, tampered, or partially used items.
- The following items are non-returnable: perfume miniatures, vials, and deodorants.
Return/Exchange Process:
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at aromashimmersenter@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Unboxing video of the product displaying the shipping label very clearly is required to make any claim.
- Include your Order ID, reason for return, and clear product images.
- Once approved, a pickup will be arranged and your refund or replacement processed after verification.
Non-Acceptance of Returns:
Returns will be declined under the following conditions:
- Return will not be accepted in case an unboxing video with the shipping label is not recorded or not produced at the time of making a claim.
- Used or opened products
- Damaged items due to misuse
- Missing accessories or tampered packaging
- Late return requests
- Free items
Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items:
Follow the same return process within 3 days. Please provide images for quick assistance.
Partial Returns:
Permitted, but must include all original accessories or bundled items.
Refund Timelines:
Refunds for returns follow the same timeline as cancellations and are processed after successful product verification.
